Before treatment:
The patient was a full-term newborn baby, her delivery was a caesarean. She showed ankle reflex when she was 1 month old. She had nystagmus and abnormal eye convergence at the age of 3 months, she was not able to raise up her head at the age of 9 months, so she was taken to local hospital and diagnosed with cerebral palsy. At present, her motor function and intelligence are poor, she is not able to chew, her swallowing function is bad, she will be chocked when she eats, so she only drinks milk. She is not able to keep in sitting position, standing position or walking. It is hard for her to turn over body with herself, her four limbs have automatic action but she is not able to grasp. She is not able to speak except “dada”. She knows her family members and understands their words.
Her spirit and sleep were good. Her urination was normal. She had constipation.

Admission PE:
Bp: 80/48mmHg. Hr: 122/min. weight: 9kgs, height: 75cms. Br: 24/min. her nutritional state was normal. Her skin and mucosa were normal with no yellow stains or petechia. There were a few small red papulae around her mouth, with no exudates or desquamation. She didn’t have congestion of throat. The respiratory sounds in both lungs were clear, with no dry or moist rales. Her heart sound was strong and regular, the cardiac rate was a little faster, with no obvious murmur in the valves. The abdomen was flat, with no pressing pain or rebound tenderness. Her liver and spleen were normal.

Nervous System Examination:
Triguna Shakti Budhan was alert. She was able to understand what others say, but she was not able to speak, except “dada”. She didn’t cooperate with memory, calculation ability or orientation examination. Both pupils were equal in size and round, their diameter was 3.0mm, both pupils were sensitive to light stimulus. She was not able to do eyes converge, her eye balls were only able to chasing light or objects. Her forehead wrinkle pattern was symmetrical, bilateral nasolabial sulcus was equal in depth. She was not able to protrude her tongue out of mouth or show her tooth to doctors. She was unable to chew, her swallowing ability was a little weaker. She was unable to cooperate with four limbs’ muscle power examination. Her four limbs had automatic action, it was hard for her to turn over her body, she was unable to keep in sitting position, standing position or walking. She was able to grasp objects, her muscle tension was a little higher than normal. Bilateral abdominal reflex was normal. Bilateral tendon reflex were active. Bilateral ankle clonus was positive. Bilateral Babinski sign were negative.

Treatment:
After admission, Triguna Shakti Budhanwas diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, she received 3 neural stem cell injections and 3 mesenchymal stem cell injections to repair her damaged brain nerves, initiate her nerves grow up again, active the stem cells in her body, regulate her immune system, nourish the neurons, improve her blood circulation and physical rehabilitation.     

Post-treatment:
After 18 days of treatment, her intelligence and motor function were improved, she could make more sounds. She had better eyes converge than before. Her eyes chased colorful objects. Her chewing ability and swallowing ability were improved. Her muscle tension was lower than before, her hands were relax and opened. She had conscious grasping movement. She had less ankle clonus. It was easier for her to turn over her body.
